ADV. JAMES PUTRA LIMAN, S.H., CLA.
Adv. James Putra Liman, S.H., CLA is a Founder and Managing Partner of James Liman & Associates Law Firm. He has extensive experience representing both domestic and international clients in a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, and has been actively involved in handling complex litigation matters across various industries.
In addition to his litigation practice, James Advises multinational corporations, insurance companies, and loss adjusting firms on corporate and regulatory matters. He also specializes in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), assisting foreign investors and international businesses in establishing and expanding their operations in Indonesia.
He earned his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) degree from Pelita Harapan University. He is a licensed Indonesian advocate, sworn before The High Court of Banten and registered as a member of 'Dewan Pengacara Nasional Indonesia'. He is also a Certified Legal Auditor (CLA).

ADV. SARAH CAROLINE ARISSANTY, S.H.
Adv. Sarah Caroline Arissanty, S.H., serves as a Co-Counsel at James Liman & Associates Law Firm. Her practice focuses on corporate law, Foreign Direct Investment, and business establishment services for domestic and international clients.
Sarah has extensive experience advising multinational corporations and foreign investors on corporate matters, regulatory compliance, company establishment, licensing, and business expansion in Indonesia. She has particular experience assisting Chinese companies in Navigating Indonesia’s legal and regulatory framework for investment and commercial operations.
Sarah earned her Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) degree from Universitas Trisakti. She is a licensed Indonesian advocate and sworn before the High Court of Banten.

ADV. CHRISTIAN DANIEL EDUARDO, S.H.
Adv. Christian Daniel Eduardo, S.H., serves as a Co-Counsel at James Liman & Associates Law Firm. His practice focuses on intellectual property law, with particular expertise in trademark registration, trademark protection, and intellectual property dispute resolution.
Christian regularly assists individuals, startups, and coporate clients in securing and managing their intellectual property rights in Indonesia. His experience includes trademark registration, trademark portfolio management, intellectual property due diligence, infringement matters, and disputes involving trademarks and other intellectual property assets.
Christian earned his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) degree from Universitas Pelita Harapan. He is a licensed Indonesian advocate and a registered member of Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia.

MUTIARA KARIMA, S.H.
Mutiara Karima, S.H., is an Associate at James Liman & Associates Law Firm. She is involved in a broad range of legal matters, providing support across the firm’s litigation, corporate, commercial, and compliance matters.
Mutiara has particular experience in regulatory and licensing matters, including business licensing, corporate compliance, and halal certification and navigating the regulatory requirements applicable to food and beverage, cosmetics, consumer goods, and other regulated sectors in Indonesia.
Her experience also includes the preparation and review of legal documents, corporate filings, regulatory submissions, legal research, and legal advisory work.
Mutiara has obtained her bachelor degree in law (S.H.) from Universitas Trisakti and has completed the Advocate Profession Special Education Program (PKPA).
